Ducati Scrambler announces new ‘Days of Joy’ dates

Ducati Scrambler’s lifestyle events series, Days of Joy, is back for 2019 with some new activities and locations.

Ducati Scrambler’s Days of Joy are back for a fourth edition of the popular series of events based around the Ducati Scrambler and Italian lifestyle.

Days of Joy are ‘the Scrambler philosophy of life – a universe of joy is born in which music, people, motorcycles, food and nature become enriched.’

2019 now has four events, starting in April and going through to September, with one and two-day tours of Romagna and Tuscany and a selection of riding courses at Vairano Country House, in the Pavia countryside not far from Milan.

The riding courses include Flat Track School, where participants will learn how to drift around oval dirt tracks safely and Off-Road School where riders learn how to handle Off Road Tracks on the Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled.

Another event, Scrambler Basic Riding School, is for aspiring motorcyclists looking to learn how to ride before they get their license. A great way to convince a non-riding partner to come away to Italy for what is essentially your motorcycle holiday…

As well as riding experiences, which can be done on your own bike or on a Scambler provided by Ducati, each event is designed to embrace everything that is great about Italy, especially the food.

Ride tour days finish off with a Scrambler BBQ and riding course days have a lunchtime BBQ as well as the opportunity to take some time off from the bike and take a Cooking Class.

Prices start at €299 for tour days (€199 if you are using your own bike) and €349 (€249) for the Off-Road and Flat Track schools. The Basic Riding School costs €300. Companions can also purchase the cookery school and tickets to BBQ events separately.
