The bikers Christmas toy run is a cherished part of the motorcycling calendar. Find one and join in the fun!

It’s that time of years when bikers don Santa outfits and take part in toy runs for charity. Some of them even deck their bikes out with tinsel, fairy lights and one year in Reading, a whole Christmas tree! Across the world, from South Africa to Southern California, from Stole-on-Trent to Sydney motorcycle riders bring along a toy to be distributed to a local charity, hospital or children’s hospice.

Many of the rides also raise money for charity and good causes, either charging to take part or by holding sponsorship events.

Although some rides take part in late November, the majority of bikers Christmas toy runs in the UK happen on the first and second weekend of December.

Santas on a Bike Christmas Toy Run

Star Bikers Christmas Toy Run

Stoke-On-Trent’s Star Bikers are now in their 40th year of running an annual Christmas toy run.

11 am on Sunday 10th

Ace Cafe Christmas Toy Run

Just shy of its 30th year, the Ace takes the run to three London children’s wards before returning to the cafe where prizes will be given for the Best Dressed Bike and Best Dressed Rider.
